Business Development Manager – UK

Who We Want:

What you will be doing:
- Working closely with the founder and partners, drive our expansion effort in identifying and attracting prospective Franchisee’s to join Franchise Opportunities™
- You’ll play a key role in accelerating our rate of expansion by finding Franchisee’s
- Work on the entire sales cycle by developing the action plan with the support of the partners. This will be a consultative sell. You’ll need to be awesome at listening and matching your approach with your audience’s’ requirements and values
- Be a leader whilst have diversity to work with people on all levels, from administration up to management
- Be a key member of senior management and execute innovative ideas and standards of service
To excel at this role, you will be expected to be a self-starter, have an impressive ability to build rapport with people quickly and a willingness to go above and beyond to help the business grow. The ideal candidate would already have relationships within the UK Franchise sector.
This will be the chance to hit the ground running and take full ownership, since you’ll be responsible for leading generation, building pipelines, presenting, writing proposals and closing your own deals whilst conveying the Franchise Opportunities™ vision. At present we are at the beginning of this program, and success will mean helping us expand.

Salary: £35,000.00 /year
